Helping the Patton Group sell the benefits of payroll giving

The Patton Group was eager to give its employees the opportunity to make donations to charity through their payroll.

Having a predominantly male workforce in the construction industry, the Patton Group didn't expect a high take up of its payroll giving scheme but was reassured by the fact that the scheme is completely voluntary.

Two visits were arranged to different sites and there was a great response from employees. Our fundraisers were on hand to explain the concept of payroll giving and answer any questions without making employees feel obliged to sign up.

The Patton Group has arranged for us to make further visits and has already received a Gold Payroll Giving Quality Mark Award.
