Promoting payroll giving in the workplace
By visiting your workplace we can get your employees excited about using your payroll giving scheme. We will be on hand to answer any questions your employees may have and advise on their choice of charities too.
Our fundraising team covers the length and breadth of the UK .Location isn’t an issue and neither is size – we’ll visit workplace sites with anything from a handful of employees to thousands – all at no cost to the employer.
A promotion to suit you
We work with you to provide a tailored promotion that appeals to your employees and suits your work environment. Your dedicated account manager will plan and organise all aspects of your promotional campaign.
We can set up a display in a communal area, such as a reception or canteen, to catch your employees’ eyes as they walk past. If you prefer, our fundraisers can chat to employees at their workstations, either individually or in small groups.
A dedicated point of contact
As well as an account manager, we’ll assign you a dedicated account handler who will create personalised awareness campaigns, including teaser emails and articles, before and after our site visits.
We supply all the materials you will need to publicise the promotions and our fundraisers carry donor forms and leaflets for anyone wishing to join your payroll giving scheme. You will receive a report shortly after the promotional campaign has ended to show how successful it has been.
